Who We Are

Movement Management UK Ltd operates the website movementmanagement.co.uk. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website or contact us.

What Data We Collect

When you submit a form on our website, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company name, and project details.

Cookies and Similar Technology

Essential storage. We store a small amount of information in your browser so the site works, including the cookie choice you make below and your language preference. This needs no permission, and it is not used to track you or to build a profile.

Advertising and measurement. We advertise with Google Ads. If you agree, we load Google's advertising tag, which sets cookies in your browser and lets us see when an advert led to an enquiry. We use that to understand which adverts are worth paying for. It is switched off unless you turn it on: nothing is loaded from Google, and no advertising cookie is set, before you have made a choice.

We use Google Consent Mode. When you accept, we signal to Google that you have consented to advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation. We do not run website analytics, so analytics storage stays switched off either way.

Changing your mind. Choose "Reject non-essential" in the banner, or select Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page, at any time. If you switch advertising off after having switched it on, we signal the withdrawal to Google and clear the advertising cookies that were set.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, match you with appropriate talent from our roster, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not pass your enquiry details to third parties for their own marketing. If you consent to advertising cookies, Google receives measurement information about your visit for the advertising purposes described above.

Data Storage and Security

Form submissions are processed through Netlify and stored securely. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for us to process your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at movementmanagementuk@gmail.com.
